libjlapack-java software package provides LAPACK numerical subroutines translated from their Fortran 77 source, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libjlapack-java
libjlapack-java is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libjlapack-java package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libjlapack-java *
You will get with libjlapack-java package name, version, architecture and description in a table
